The company was extremely unprofessional. When I called, they had kids screaming in the background, and it sounded like I had just called someone's house during playtime. The saleswoman was very rude. It took over 2 months for them to install the system, and when I needed a repair done, it took them over a month to do that. I wish I had never used them and had gone with another, more professional company. Do not use them, they are unprofessional and unreliable.
