I just had them come by my home a couple of months ago the salesperson that I spoke to was very professional, and informative. Kevin Barry was exceptional and I haven't had any difficulty getting a response from them, I had some trouble with a door sensor and they were out the next day. I am very suprised by the negitive comments left here. My sales person was very professinal and the installer was very helpful.
