Our alarm was tripped on the weekend by a new employee. After about 4 minutes the new employee called another staff member to let them know that the alarm was still going off. This company never called any of our staff in the phone tree provided and the police were never dispatched. What if this was a real break in???? We were not secured what so ever. Very disappointed.
